Had an appointment but waited over an hour without any apologies from the staff for the unreasonable wait time. Then the cut was uneven, some of the h...air was totally missed and left several inches longer. Huge waste of money here. Ended up going to a second salon to get it fixed. On a positive note, the other stylist who was there was really nice and seemed to take her time with clients. Show more
