I found Black Onyx while looking to finally try a nail salon in the city, since I usually go to my favorite spot in the suburbs. I booked the last ped...icure slot at 7:20 pm with Nomi, and it was great! The Sapphire Pedicure is listed as a 40-minute service and the salon technically closes at 8 pm, but Nomi took her time to provide a relaxing and detailed pedicure — careful trimming, cleaning, and exfoliating — and I ended up staying until about 8:15 pm. The price was reasonable ($45 before tip), and booking was super easy. The salon itself is clean and has a friendly, welcoming vibe with great music. I definitely recommend it if you’re on the fence about trying a new nail salon and need a pedicure. I’m so glad to have found a new go-to spot close to home — thank you, Nomi! Show more
