Hi Betsy, we have not charged you anything out of the ordinary. Your service was strong gel, 55$, and we have always charged 5$ for gel removal whether its wraper off or drilled off. French nails are always 5$ extra anywhere. Im sorry you felt we charged extra but we really have not.

Went here for the first time and Angela did so great that I had to come back. My second trip wasn't as great. I didn't have Angela this time - Gala wa...s very nice but it would be helpful for the business to post ALL PRICES AND SERVICES UNDER EACH TYPE OF PEDICURE ON BOOKSY (e.g., design prices, difference between spa and sapphire, etc.). I had to remind about the paraffin and hot towel - these steps were very rushed and I was being treated like a nuisance while the lady beside me was being treated like a queen. Also Gala tried to upcharge me $5 randomly although I showed my receipt from last time. Nails are okay but I felt like they were trying to skimp out on services and charge more. Be more fair and consistent with your treatment and services provided to ALL patrons OR put out a sign explaining that if patrons don't look a certain way, their service will reflect that. Show more

Excellent customer service! The booking process was simple and convenient, and I really appreciate the digital stamp card feature. The atmosphere was ...calm and relaxing. Mogi was patient and gentle with my nails, and they came out beautifully. The manager was also very thoughtful and even brought extra magazines for me to enjoy during my appointment. Show more

I appreciate the effort Andrew put into my pedicure and manicure; however, I think there is room for improvement in his technique. As a client, I foun...d myself needing to provide some guidance during the service, which might indicate a lack of training or experience. Additionally, the steps of the service felt inconsistent throughout. I believe that with some additional focus on following procedures and techniques, he could enhance the overall experience for clients. Show more

She gives the ...greatest French manicure which I adore but she talked me into a festive shimmery red for the holidays that was spectacular. This is the best nail salon in the city! Show more

Attention to detail is always excellent, I always have perfect service with Gala. The rest of the team also did a great job with my 6 and 8 year old g...irls - they wanted "cat eye" nails and so the staff used glitter polish to create a similar effect and they love it. Show more
