Hi Ron, thank you for your feedback. The photo you showed was a natural style without extensions, but you asked to add hair for length, which changed how the style turned out. All my men’s stitch braid examples are done on natural hair only, you were the first male client I’ve added extensions for. Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, the braiding hair I use is the same high-quality synthetic hair I’ve provided for all clients for over 10 years. I do not switch products unless a client requests and pays for an upgrade. Boho pieces, however, are different from regular braiding hair. They require human-hair blend or premium human hair, which comes at an additional cost. The $35 included option is standard and does not cover premium-quality human hair. Clients are always welcome to bring their own hair or products if they want a specific brand or higher grade, and I can braid with anything provided. I’m glad you appreciated the neatness, speed, and at-home care tips, and I always encourage clients with sensitivities or preferences to let me know in advance so we can choose the safest option.

I’m so happy to hear that you loved your hair and that parking was easy and free ☺️ and you’re right clients should be prepared to sit longer if their hair is longer than the style they booked for. You booked for a bob that is 8-10 long inches and your natural hair is over 12 so I had to braid pass your hair to ensure you don't cut your natural hair when its time to take it down and in order to do that I have to braid a little longer. Although I didn't charge you an up charge for length and the extra free time I spent to accommodate you, I understand the frustration. Moving forward I will make make sure to add longer hair for bobs as an extra service fee and time for a better experience. Thank you for the feedback & and enjoy your hair ☺️
