Good morning, Sherri when did I do your hair in a neon color and why is your hair coming out in clumps? And what is the color that I give you? As I recalled I went back to work the day of my birthday 7/27:2022 I was out sick for 1 week so what are you talking about. Please refresh my memory! Note! (1. When a color is done on a client hair it’s either a single or double process (2. If your hair has been color prior to that it may need color cancellation or correction. (3. Again what was the color you said I give you? Why didn’t you call after you saw sn issue but you waited 1 month to write a negative review. Have a bless day!
