0/5 From the jump this was a horrible experience. I got a text from crissy asking if we could reschedule, an HOUR before my appointment because she w...as ‘ under the weather ‘ after telling her I could not reschedule she shows up 15 minuets late. We sat in silence while she straightened up her room.The braids were extremely tight and bulky. A week after the install I attempted to wash my hair & couldn’t get under the tracks or my braids because of her “protective” braining style & sewing everything together. On top of not being able to wash my scalp, all of the hair dye she used to make my bundles match my leave out, completely washed out. I contacted her she agreed to fix the problem. so I booked an appointment as asked. I show up to my 10:30 appointment to her working on another client surprised that I even had made an appointment. the photo below is my hair a little over a week. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!! Show more
