I did not respond because i asked you how would you like to resolve this issue and your response was to complain. Which is well within your right so i allowed you to do precisely that. as men there comes a time in all our lives where the edges don't edge the way they used to but if you want to take that out on me this is also well within your right. with that being said i thought you would ask for a refund or a free cut when it grows out but because you did not want to resolve the issue you wanted to express uneducated frustration the next person who reads this will receive the free cut you didn't get first to mention this review and my response and tell me exactly how many 5 star reviews i have will receive a free haircut!

What is an amazing experience. I was kindly greeted at the front desk and escorted back to Ladarius’s area. Upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted, a...nd he spent the next two minutes finding out the specifics of how I like my haircut and also provided great suggestions. After a thorough washing of my hair, he gave me a professional cut to even out my hair, followed by styling and tapering. The overall experience was amazing. Probably the best haircut and barbershop experience I've ever had. Darius is a MF legend in the game and it shows with his methodical approach to cutt...ing hair. Not only is he an extremely talented barber, but I'd go as far to day that hes a master wordsmith as well. As a business professional in sales, I can recognize true talent with words when I come across individuals thay exemplify these qualities. Everything from the cut to the conversation in between was top-tier service. Do yourself a favor and book Darius for a memorable experience and walk out of his shop a better person.
