Hello to sam and whoever reads this, To drop a quick note, excellent, fast cuts and a welcoming environment. There is two different types of exper...ience Sam will offer you. Most times you’ll get an intelligent, agreeable, skilled and without a doubt professional barber. Other times, you’ll get the Sam that’s on his phone for the entirety of your haircut. That’s him though. Love it or hate it. Today was my last visit, as I’ve moved to the suburbs. I’ve come here on and off for 20 years. Even before you owned the place. I moved to Chicago from overseas in summer 2023 and have tried several barbers since I arrived. All of them have been very good but I’ve been looking ...for the perfect combination of a great cut, conversation and convenience. Sammy is a great guy (he makes you feel like an old friend the first time you meet him) and gives top quality haircuts. He takes real pride in his work and with his barbershop being a 5 minute walk from my house, that’s all boxes ticked. I now have my place for as long as I’m in Chicago! Highly recommended. Show more
