Very disappointing, didn’t receive service. I have been to Demi twice before, and was overall happy with her work. But this time she was running late... & asked me to come 1 hr later. Then texted after 30 mins, saying she still had a few people before me, can I come the following day, and she would provide a discount due to the inconvenience. I graciously accepted which she stated should work out perfectly. The next day she was still unavailable, and didn’t recall that she rescheduled my appointment. Once I helped to jog her memory, she stated I could still come but I would have to wait. When I asked, how long? She stated she didn’t know and couldn’t say. This was very unprofessional, she wasn’t apologetic or attempted to rectify the issue at all. I requested that she send back my $25 deposit, which also hasn’t been done after several hours and 2 last minute cancellations on her behalf. Show more

I normally never leave reviews because s*** happens but WTF! I made an appointment the day of at 11, texted to confirm she replied and said can we do ...130, I said no problem. Ended up being closer to 2 after traffic fine, I get there and she’s still not there. I explained I have an appointment after and asked to reschedule because I can’t wait that long and I live in the burbs, she says come back tomorrow at 245, Ok cool. 245pm the next day comes around, I text her at 1 like i’m on my way, she replies “ok”, I get there at 245 and say “i’m here” and she never f****** replies!!!!!!!! I even said I might be at the wrong address and asked where are u? and Till this day I’ve never received “i’m sorry this happened” or anything. These new IG stylists are f****** horrible!!! I live in the burbs and I traveled a hour during prime time traffic all the way to 87th (which isn’t the best neighborhood) just for someone to not even acknowledge that i’m here! She didn’t care if I had to pay a babysitter or if I struggled to get there anything and to not respect someone’s time so blatantly is disgusting. I should’ve listened to the other reviews that literally said the exact same thing i’m saying but I like to give people a chance.. Moral of the story, if you value your time and actually want your hair done, Don’t BOOK DON’T WASTE UR TIME, TRUST UR GUT, LISTEN TO REVIEWS!! This shit is ridiculous. & these are the type of stylist that have “$60 late fees and shit” I get shit happens, BUT WE’RE ADULTS!! COMMUNICATION. Show more

Ms. Keke first things first I am not a IG stylist. It’s simply just 1 of the many places I promote my work. Second, the directions are as clear as day on the booking site along with the name of the salon. When you pulled up and texted here I'm sure you saw the huge sign with the same name PRETTY BOSS ENTERPRISE out front. What I'm confused about is why would you come so far to a "bad neighborhood" (which was totally uncalled for to say because it's not in a bad neighborhood, it's in the city. Every neighborhood is bad if you ask me) and sit in the car?! Let's be adults and not babies. Why Should I have to walk grown ups through every step of the way? I communicated with you the entire time so why would I stand you up? Lastly you were never charged a late fee or cancellation fee so cut the crap. If you were scared to get out of the car then just say that. I feel I was stood up. But you never have to come back to the city again. Stay blessed
