I traveled 40 minutes to our appointment and got caught in rush hour traffic which had us arrive 20 minutes late (We are new to Cincinnati and I wasn’...t aware of how bad the traffic would be and also got lost briefly when we exited the freeway). I reserved 3 consecutive half hour spots for my 3 sons. The barber told me he only had me down for one spot at 4:30?? but could fit me in. He rushed my 2 sons out of his chair so fast and it showed in his work. I had to ask him to take my sons hair down some more which he did with scissors but my son’s hair cut was still sub par. The other barber in the station next to him (Steven) who volunteered to take one of my sons did a much better job than the barber we were scheduled with (Caesar). Caesar wreaked of weed which I thought was highly unprofessional and was also probably the reason why he couldn’t read his booked appointments or cut my son’s hair correctly. I would book with Steven again but Caesar will never get my business again. I have 4 sons and a husband who need barber services every two weeks or weekly in my husband’s case....his lost! Show more
