First time getting my nails done here and I may never go back if they can’t write there wrong….I went and got my nails done on June 15 full set with t...oes total was 150.00 which I was okay with but after 5 days my nails started to lift so I was like let me glue them for now….also because I got my nails done for vacation so I just back yesterday and today this is what my nails look like😞 The white is the glue from me trying to save my nails while on vacation.Can someone reach out to me to see if we can fix this issue? I hate leaving bad reviews but it’s my second time getting a nail service here and both times were less than ok. The first time I got gel overlay, it ...peeled around the edges on day 2. This time around I decided to get gel X hoping lifting wouldn’t be an issue. The gel used was way too much that it caked at the nail tip which caused it to have a significant lift. The tech was super friendly and kind. I just feel grossed out about the lift that I know is going to attract dirt and grim. Show more

I had a gel pedicure yesterday with Amelia. Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been here a few times and had great experiences. Yesterday, no. In si...mple words, Amelia hurt me. She is way too rough. She ripped off my skin unnecessarily during the cuticle cleanup so then I was bleeding. What does she do? She starts rubbing the acetone with a brush over the wound. Bro… then she was so heavy handed with the nail drill, it kept burning my skin. I flinched away and she said sorry with no change to her behavior. ????? Also she was coughing throughout the appointment, I was so eager to get out of there. I was so tense during the appointment, it was NOT at all relaxing after a long workday. I’m disappointed because this nailshop is out of my way and I’ve had good experiences in the past. Someone needs to retrain her. Show more
