Last visit she used too much product and I had to take out the style 1 week later because of the buildup/itch/smell. Tried to give her the benefit of ...doubt and rebooked cause she normally does great work and works fast. When I arrived she wanted me to reschedule for the next day because she was behind. Keep in mind we texted the night before, so she could have let me know before I arrived so poor communication on her part. Nice woman though! Show more
