I went for my very first natural blowout at Amalay and I will most definitely be back. I booked my appointment with Yosaketrin (may have spelled that ...wrong) she was super sweet and patient. Franklin also assisted with my services as far as my shampoo and trimmed my ends. I was handled with care and i loved the way my hair looked so shiny and healthy when i left. Definitely if you are on the fence, give them a try! Show more

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a scheduled appointment for 5pm on a Saturday that I scheduled a few days in advance. I get there, and I’m... told I would have to wait an hour before my appointment was eventually cancelled because another clients hair took longer than expected. They initially tried to accommodate me by trying to reschedule my appointment during the week but I work Mon-Fri so this would be the only time I could get my hair done. Extremely disappointed because the first time I went to this shop almost a year ago I had no issues and I know they do great work. But this experience was horrible, and a waste of time and gas. I booked an appointment for a haircut and when i got there they told me I couldn’t just get a haircut it had to be a ...shampoo and conditioner with a haircut they didn’t do just haircut. If that was the case why not post that in the booking so people know and not waste their time. Never again. Show more
