Therapeutic Massage (Pain Relief Deep Tissue)

I've been going to Rejuvenated Soul for a couple of years now. Over this time I've had many of the add ons with my therapeutic massage including the c...upping and hot stones. Aja creates a quiet and soothing atmosphere that is relaxing in itself and she doesn't rush. Although I do identify the areas of pain that I have, she pays attention your body's reactions to tension points. She discovers muscle and joint stiffness, and knots you didn't know you had. She explains what's she notices and recommends a plan, not just for massage but for specific stretches and guides the stretches. Aja is understanding of my medical conditions such as pinched nerve in the neck, spinal conditions, and severe hip issues due to arthritis and her methods help to reduce pain and stiffness. As it relates to stress relief, it's not uncommon for me to cry or fall asleep during a session as she helps to release built up emotional tension. This has become a very necessary part of my self-care routine. Show more

Today my first stop for rest and wellness was Rejuvenated Soul with Aja. I had a relaxation massage, cupping and aromatherapy . It was the best massa...ge and ambience ever!. There were so many kinks and numb to stiff areas that she worked and maneuvered life back into until all I could do is inhale and exhale.
