I highly recommend this place. I absolutely love my hair every time. I have been going to Liz for a really long time and she never disappoints. It alw...ays comes out even better than I expected. The color is exactly what I want and it feels healthy. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the girls are so nice and fun and professional. I am from out of town and I wait to get my hair done because she is the only one I trust to do exactly what I want whatever color or style. Went to Elizabeth to get highlights done to go “bronde”. Inspo photo attached. 3 hours later (incl color cut and blowdry) walked out with my hair dark...er than what I went in with, NOT bronde just straight by up brunette. I told her in the chair that it wasn’t as light as I wanted, and she said that it was going to get lighter, while the other girl in the suite kept dismissing my concerns. Well, it did not get lighter and when I got home, I noticed that my money pieces looked gray and my hair is actually copper. When I asked her politely to fix it, she said that I need to go to another stylist, and then she blocked my number when I asked her for refund. Very unprofessional does not stand by her work. My mistake is that I paid her by Zelle and now I can’t get my money back. My service was 10am -1pm including cut and blowdry not 4 hours like you’re claiming. Also, you told me that you could get me to where I wanted to be aka how the photo looked. If you knew you couldn’t do that, you should’ve told me instead of wasting my time and money. You won’t fix it and you won’t reimburse me my money. And you blocked me. So you know what, you must be desperate for the money. Poor customer service and bad business practice. And you’re calling me a liar. Let’s get one thing straight, you never fired me. And if this is how you react to a client asking for you to fix YOUR mistakes, then no wonder why they don’t confront you. I told you that my last stylist did my money pieces platinum. The difference is that she fixed it. You screwed up my money pieces as well yet don’t even stand by your work enough to fix it. You have no integrity. You say that I hope around to different stylists yet I’m literally a student moving to different areas and only went to one other stylist in Wellington since I’ve known you. You’re the one who has hopped around from salon to salon even stealing clients from Bre at Tresses. Your reply speaks volumes about how unscrupulous you are. I will be escalating this further to get my money back. Show more

Completely false this entire thread. Except for the fact i fired you (meaning told you to go back to your other stylist .. The service took 4 hours and you were actually undercharged . Unfortunately i can’t post the before picture. Which was not anywhere close to the model on instagram that you showed me for inspiration . I have NEVER had this issue before with my guests . You also sat in my chair complaining about your previous experiences at other places and said the exact same things about them .. as you have hopped around different stylists after i stopped doing your hair two years ago, i still decided to give it another shot . This however is my business . My salon has been built organically with Referal and recommended guests . And it has been great to me . Have a wonderful day thank you and good luck to you in your future..
