Very poor customer service. Bad attitude. Spoke to me like I was crazy for asking him to use a razor on my lining. And then left a mark from cutting m...y forehead. WTF? Certainly not worth a 60 dollar haircut! Do not recommend. Show more

Poor customer service how I asked what you were getting and did the service you asked for a razor and I performed the service if you had a problem you could have spoken to me about that then . Customer service was not the problem I asked you a few questions and proceeded with the service so you had a problem from the very beginning this is not consistent with any other feedback I get

Edit: DeAndre gave me a call and spoke to me. We got it all cleared up. Incredibly nice and he spoke to me kindly about the review. Offered to fix me ...up for the trouble and just the fact he actually cared makes it a much better experience. Thanks, DeAndre. Swpped 2 stars for 5 starts. The cut is fine. Good even. But it wasn't worth the price. 60$ for less than 20 minutes of the barbers time, who didn't even have the courtesy to even ask my name. I booked online so perhaps you'd have better time calling/walking in/being a regular. But the fact it was 60$ plus tip (so over 70), barely took 20 minutes, De Andre didn't even speak to me ("how do you want it cut?" "Do you have a picture?" Before the cut then "This good?" When he finished that was all he said to me). Even though the booking said it was for a haircut and beard trim he didn't even touch my beard. The haircut itself looks fine, well done, ect, but I'm growing out my mullet and just wanted the side shaved to start. He cut the back down as short as the rest of the fade. Looks good, not what I asked for though! Just feels pretty shit to come into a place, very respectful and already tipped on a 60$ cut and he didn't even have the customer service skills to *ask my name* let alone have a conversation with me. Maybe I just wasn't welcome in the shop, I don't know. I'd steer clear if you haven't been before because DeAndre clearly doesn't want to establish new clients through THE MOST BASIC customer service skills. Honestly I'd have been fine with the price if I had just been treated like a paying customer instead of a fake plastic practice head. I don't know if I'm being unreasonable but I feel like a basic conversation (how are you doing, whats your name, an actual conversation about the cut not just asking for a photo) isn't that much to ask to feel like I'm being treated respectfully and like I'm a person. Even with the 70 total, I brought cash to give more of a tip because I think if you want to establish a good relationship with a barber tipping them extra especially on the first cut signals respect, appreciation and value. My last barber always got 30% tip (roughly 20 to 30 in just a tip, plus 45 for the cut itself). This just feels like I got ripped off. My hair is like a half inch long. Literally all the cut was was the fade around the ear to start the mullet, took him less than 20 minutes and he was comfortable not speaking to me and charging me 60$. Start providing a 60$ service or drop your prices because that's ridiculous. Show more
