Hey Joey, we apologize that we missed you. I personally took a look at the booking and I see here you booked the appointment at 5:59pm to come in at 6:15 pm. The last appointment of the day. The booking app just didn't update fast enough, and the barber assumed he had nomore appointments, so he left 20 mins early. To beat the traffic home. (He lives an hour away from our shop) Again, we apologize. I see you booked a lining. If you'd give us a chance to redeem ourselves, because I promise our work here at Gold Cuts Barbershop, is amazing. I'd love to offer a free lining.
