Some of the folks here do a great job including Omar and Jesus. On the other hand, I have waited at least 20-30 minutes for appointments reserved seve...ral times. The last one will be the last time I go there. They are adement you have an appointment, which is fine by me, however, when that rule doesn’t apply to people and they accept some walk ins, and have you wait 20-30 minutes despite having appointments lined up, that is a bit of an issue. I know for a fact this was a walk in because when I set the appointment before, they had nothing around this time and all appointments available, and checked the morning of. People have other things to do than wait around all day and not even get acknowledged about extended wait times. I wish you all the best, and you improve this experience, but you have lost my monthly business. Show more

Thank you for your open and honest response J.W. this is Ben, the barber you schedule for your last appointment. First I would like to apologize for the misunderstanding, but there was indeed a clear greeting upon your arrival and your appointment was acknowledged. If recalled correctly I stated that I would be right with you. Furthermore there was a wait time of no longer than 15 minutes, which is common in our field of perfession. Also there was no communication between the time of our initial greeting and your abrupt vacation out of the barbershop, your feedback is indeed valid, but unfortunately there was no expression of you being on a tight schedule after you had already seen that another client was being taken care of. I understand if you no longer wish to patronize at Gold Cuts, but you are always welcome to come back. Sincerely, Ben the Barber
