Cherelle was very polite and professiona...l and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. The shop was clean, bright and inviting. The attention she gave to my hair was extra special, she made sure I was comfortable and asked that I communicate to her if the water was too hot or too cold, and to let her know if I was experiencing any pain when she was washing my hair because I told her I had a tender scalp. She explained everything she was doing so I was informed and made suggestions for future visits. When she finished my hair, I was very pleased and will definitely be returning.
