I'm sorry you didn't like you experience. I twist everyone clockwise which is how our hair grows from the scalp and also how I was trained when receiving my license. As far as my product your the first to be dissatisfied. I formulated my hair butter to improve the porosity and prevent driness. Thus far my hair butter has proven to be long lasting and I have taken people with flakey dandruff of of their prescription shampoo. Safe to say Everything ain't for everybody peace upon your journey.
