Thank you for your review. I strive to always provide quality service, for all of my clients. I also always provide a mirror at the end of service, to ensure you are satisfied with your cut. Once my client ok’s the service or loves the cut, and pays, that concludes the service. However, clients are welcomed to let me know if they want me to fix their cut, and or even additionally line their mustache/beard etc. I have no problem fixing and or ensuring my clients are satisfied before they leave me. Ultimately, I agreed to a partial refund. I do not give refunds once the service is completed. In future I'll be sure that is communicated properly moving forward with future clients. However, I will surely learn from this and continue to provide quality. Thank you again.

Sorry to hear that! The blade on the clippers were just changed recently to ensure quality is being exemplified. The blades may be adjusted to sharply so thank you for your feedback as I'll make the necessary changes so this doesn't continue to happen. Hope to see you again soon.
