Not one to leave bad reviews but my regular barber was on vacation, I found XO on Booksy near me, I decided to book. My appt was at 10 I got a call fr...om him at 9:40 if we can move it back to 11:15, I said sure. I showed up to the shop at 11:10, I stayed until about 11:25 and barber never showed. I ended up leaving. Not cool at all… I understand emergency happens but this just wasn’t professional. Show more
