My experience was horrible I give it zero stars!!! I book on the booking site for 11:15 appointment,First and foremost he has the wrong address on the... booking site as well as his Instagram. I show up to the wrong address just to find out that he doesn’t work there anymore. I then find the correct address which is 25 minutes further, I was able to book a 12:15 on the same booking site so I proceeded to go to the correct address, all of that for him to tell me that he can’t cut my hair after I was able to book on the site. It was totally unprofessional and I recommend no one to this guy. Not trying to be mean but it was a really big inconvenience for someone who supposed to be professional like I was really disappointed!! Show more

I was given the wrong address, making the appointment late. Charles used wave pomade instead of locking gel so my retwist didn’t last like it should h...ave. No hair dryer used either. Not the happiest with the quality of retwist. Show more
