Nice cut, good service- but there was a miscommunication with the charges. Over- charge that is. I’d assumed that the prepayment for reservation would... be cancelled since I’d paid via a different source in the shop. There’s a mention tip amount here which I wouldn’t have minded, but that, I didn’t authorize either. Show more

Sorry for the misunderstanding in pricing. But to clarify there’s a $5 deposit to hold your appointment and the remaining $40 is to be paid once the service is complete…When you initially booked the appointment it gave you the option to leave a tip and you chose to leave a $11 tip that was included with the $5 booking fee bringing your total to $16. I don’t have the option to add a tip unless we complete the payments via the Booksy app…but since we agreed to complete the transaction via Zelle, I don't have a way to auntirized any additional tips to the final price.

I am so unhappy with this cut. Barber did the total opposite of what I told him to do. He pushed my front lining back too far. I told him I wanted a b...ox lining. Its not a box lining at all. Lining is lopsided. Side curves are not even. Back (side) lining on left side is pushed (cut) too far in. Back taper is bad. You can look at my skin tone in the pics and tell he cut too much hair off. Its just a horrible cut. My hair looks nothing like the pics on his page. Never again. Show more
