This was my first time at this establishment. I had a 12:30pm appointment with Mr. Ray. Upon entering the shop, no greeting was provided other than a ...few cold stares from the team. A simple hello goes a long way in being friendly and welcoming. While my appointment was with Mr. Ray, he put me with Mr. Jason, who cut my hair but not to my satisfaction. In conversation with Mr. Jason, he ony has about a year worth of experience. I applaud Mr. Jason for his time and effort. Mr. Ray had a client in his chair but no one else while i was still in the shop. He had plenty of time to provide the service i had signed up through booksky. This was misleading to come to the shop with a set appointment with Mr. Ray and have someone else cut my hair who has less experience. Customer service is very important and you set the tone with your customer especially with new ones. It safe to say i will not be returning to this establishment. Good luck Mr Ray, i wish you well. Im very sorry for your experience. Today you caught me on an off day where i didnt finish my client from before you until after your scheduled time had already started. In an attempt to not run behind for the rest of the day i passed you along. I do recall asking you more than once of it was ok and also that you were greeted before you could sit down in the waiting area. You have given me my first ever 1 star review for a haircut and service i did not perform and your review has zero reflection to my actual skill but more of a reflection just having bad luck today. Have a blessed day and again sorry for your experience in a different chair today.
