I requested something different for this appointment and that was a ...baddie cat eye look I had seen trending on pinterest. Keep in mind, when it comes to looks like this, what you see on someone else might not work for you and I knew that requesting this look. But I LOVED IT!!! Her cozy, immaculate studio set the perfect atmosphere, and she thoughtfully walked me through her process, ensuring my comfort. I appreciated her attention to detail: checking for allergies, explaining each product, and creating an energetic, engaging experience filled with great conversation and music. She reached out upon booking to confirm my 7:30 a.m. appointment (before ...the salon opened), and to ensure she could answer any questions and understand my expectations for the service. Her responses were timely and highly professional. The day before, she confirmed the details and let me know she would be looking out for me upon arrival. I was greeted at the entrance, and once seated, she made personalized recommendations based on my skin type and desired results. Dan'Yel explained every step of the process, frequently pausing to ensure I was satisfied.
