I used to go to Arturo back when I used to get cuts all the time. I took a little break since I started getting a perm and growing my hair out. Rece...ntly went back to Arturo after a year and he's done it again and even better than before. He gave me my usual cut I get and it looks better than before. This guy will not let you down. He is so masterful and careful with his craft. Seriously, this guy really takes everything into account and it truly is an art. 100% will stay with him as long as he is working and still giving cuts out. Thank you again! Show more
