This was my message to you that day of your late appointment. Look, I understand, this was the second time you were late, 27 minutes late to your appointment. I am a professional who respects my other clients' time and appointments, and I have more frequent appointments. I don't work like this because I get into conflict with clients and that makes me look bad as a professional. I'll give you some free advice: respect other clients' time and you will see that any barber will give you their service. Ahhhh, and you are still disrespectful, please be polite. This is what you wrote. First, acknowledge your mistakes so you can point out others' mistakes. I worked over 40 hours this week and I am doing what I can to get the appointment. I am tired of hearing this crap from barbers. You advertise walk-ins, but you actually want us to schedule. It's Friday, traffic is bad, you should allow 15 minutes of flexibility in your schedule. I was going to get 2 haircuts today, 100 dollars for less than 2 hours. This business model they have is bullshit. What happened to coming in and cutting my hair? I'm going to find a new barber. Thanks. Forget it. This was their rude message to me because I didn't want to serve them because they are irresponsible with their appointments. I REPEAT IT AGAIN. I AM A PROFESSIONAL BARBER AND I LIKE TO RESPECT THE TIME OF MY CLIENTS' SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. RESPECT OTHERS' TIME, THAT'S ALL!
