IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ ALL RULES/POLICIES!! ***************************************** NEW CLIENTS Please come to your appointment with bare nails. You will be charged a removal fee. NO PRODUCTS! If you must come with product please prepare to sit a extra 30mins. Clients will be asked to book 2-3wks MAX. I do not recommend longer! If you your appointment exceeds 3wks you are considered a New client. ***************************************** BOOKING A time one time NON-REFUNDABLE💲30 deposit is required to book your appointment for NEW CLIENTS. A new client is require to place a VALID card on file, so that you can be charged accordingly. ***************************************** LATE ARRIVALS/CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW After 10min grace period appointment will be cancelled. Each minute after you will be charged a $1, not exceeding $20. Appointments may be rescheduled with NEW deposit, Only with proper communication. Clients are expected to cancel 72hrs before appointment. Last minute cancellations ( less than 72hrs notice) will be charged the remaining balance of the service w/o any add ons. No Shows will be charged the remaining balance of the service w/o any add ons. ******************************************** Please be sure to book EXACTLY what you want. No add-ons during appointment. (Ex. You can’t book a manicure and come for a Full Set.) Also, you CANNOT change your service 2days before or the day of appointment) LAST MINUTE/SAME APPOINTMENTS will be a $15 extra charge.
