I have been going to Love My Nails for nearly a year and I’m a forever customer. Ann is always very kind. She does a thorough job and I love her nail ...technique. I realized at the very last minute my LO had a half day of school on the same date as my latest appointment. I didn’t want to cancel my appointment, so I brought my LO with me, and let’s just say… 4 year olds should not go to a nail salon LOL. Ann and Kim were very pleasant and didn’t complain at all. I was happy that although my toddler was toddlering, Ann remained a professional and was EXTREMELY patient. Lesson learned, I won’t bring my toddler back LOL, however, I am very appreciative of their understanding. Show more

I was asked if I could come in 45 minutes later than my 1:15 appointment, and I said I could. I came in at 1:55 pm andhad to wait a bit to be seated ...in a pedicure chair. The owner prepped my toes and then I sat there for over a half hour waiting for the woman next to me to be finished so I could have her nail technician. It was way too long to sit there especially since I agree to come in later. The pedicure was fine, but not as relaxing as I had hoping since I was getting peeved that they made me sit and wait so long. Show more
