This was my first experience back here since new owners - I won’t be back. There was a very bad smell throughout the salon (like rotting food or damp ...clothes), I was cut twice by my nail tech completing my pedicure, the tools were not clean and there was nothing out into my pedicure bath except the blood from my cut. I asked to stop the pedicure and just move onto my nails after the second really bad cut. The initial nail tech lied and said she didn’t see the cut, which was untrue. She tried to dry up the blood and used some type of clotting chemical to stop the bleeding. So you saw it. I didn’t have to pay for the pedicure that I didn’t receive. I was still charged for my nails. The owner went out of her way to try to make things right - but that was just too much Show more

Jade nails is fantastic! They gave me exactly what I asked for and made a custom color for me that matched a photo I brought in. I got the gel X exten...sions. The extensions are secure and perfectly sized. As a person with naturally thin nails, I am used to feeling heat spikes with gel. But at this salon, I felt zero pain! Really impressed me.
