Please refer to the policy! If you arrive after 10 mins of your scheduled WITH NO PRIOR CONTACT STATING THAT YOU WILL BE LATE, your appointment is canceled. So you had a 2:30 appointment, but arrived at 2:42. If you can contact me to say you arrived you can have the courtesy to let me know you will be late. All appointments are timed out, so your negligence effects not only me, but the clients after you. Thank you & God Bless!

UPDATED RESPONSE: This initial appointment took place April 28, since then I have received a 4 star review saying “Service was wonderful, clean, and welcoming. I’m on the end of 1st week and afraid the nails are going to start lifting. Looks like I have “bubbles” forming underneath nail near cuticle. But we’ll see in another week or so. I’d add a photo but you can’t really see what I’m talking about w a pic, least not w my phone lol.” Then I received a 5 star review saying, “Service was wonderful, clean, and welcoming. Her communication is impeccable! “ Now almost a month later, I’ve replied to your intial review, I also contacted you directly, as stated initially if you’d like me to fix them I would be more than happy to as this as something that never happens. So now he we are at the 3rd REVIEW EDIT which is drastically different. I’m not sure what you are trying to do editing it so drastically, I’ve tried, you can still contact me. You cannot book online appointments with me unfortunately like usual, due to the extent that you have taken it, so you have to contact me directly to see how this can be handled. In the meantime, thank you, good day & God Bless!
