Hi Ropa, we are sorry to know that you left unsatisfied. In the June Makeup special description we have all of our artists names listed. When you arrived at your appointment (2:50p), you were told to have a seat in the waiting area while Alex put the finishing touches on her previous client. Yes it was 3p when you were brought back to the makeup suite where another artist begin to prep your skin before Alex started your makeup. The skin prep took some time (this process is to ensure that your makeup will last all evening since you have oily skin). We learned that it was your birthday & were ready to create a memorable experience for you. You mentioned that you liked our vibe :) As you got your makeup done the desired makeup look was a red lip. As a makeup artist we may not get it exactly how you want it the first time, which is ok, we are human. When Alex asked if you wanted her to change your lip a third time you declined. Again when we learned that you were not pleased with the outcome we offered to fix the problem but you stormed out. We are a friendly group and aim to satisfy our customers.
