      Thank you for booking with Tamara Sené!! WELCOME BACK! Please know that I am practicing all sanitation practices required by the CDC to keep you and I both safe. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to ask. Also, to decrease the time of contact in the salon our consultations have moved to a virtual platform! If you have any questions about your services or need to discuss a plan for your visit, please book a New client consultation. The consultation fee is deducted from your appointment as long as it’s booked and completed within 30 days of your consultation.    *COVID19 Certified *Barbicide Infection Control Certified *Licensed Cosmetologist over 10 yrs *Cosmetology Teacher *Due to the COVID19 Pandemic this is a kid-friendly environment *FREE WI-FI *FREE residential parking. Permit parking only after 9pm *Private location: Address will be given after confirmation **DEPOSITS POLICY: Deposits are required to secure your appointment slot. Deposits are 50% of the entire service automatically taken from your card on file as a prepayment on the Booksy app. This is a non-refundable and non-transferable amount used towards service. Final payment will be charged at the end of service with your card on file CASH, Zelle or PayPal accepted. Credit card accepted fees apply. **CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS POLICIES: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled before 24 hours of appt start time or deposit is lost. Deposit may NOT be refunded for LATE CANCELLATIONS. NO SHOWS are 100% of the service fee. Safety and infection control is my #1 priority. If you need to cancel due to ANY sign of illness please let me know ASAP. We will reschedule your appt no earlier than 14 days and cancellation fees will be waived. **TAKE DOWN POLICIES: For all services hair should be ready for shampoo. Hair must be free of braids, twists, extensions, ponytails or styles prior to your appointment start time or you will be subject to a $25 (and up) take down fee depending on the time it takes to remove prior style. This is NOT an extension take down service. This is if you come with your hair NOT ready for shampoo. **Please note: if you’ve come out of knotless braids and haven’t detangled your hair or need severe detangling please book a detangling session. If you’re not shampoo ready you will be charged for detangling. For Sew-Ins/Microlinks/I-tips/Tape -ins/K-tips removals please book the proper removal services needed. **DETANGLING POLICY: Detangling price varies $38 per hour of detangling. To avoid extra charge please detangle and remove all styles, ponytails, twists, etc before service. Prices vary based on complexity and time. This does NOT include Severe detangling from hair depression or extreme knotting. Refund policy: No refunds. No exchanges.  Last minute appointments: Please touch basis to double confirm last minute appointments (anything scheduled within 24 hours). If you’d like services outside of our regularly scheduled hours please ask about taking advantage of early bird, after hours or off day, holiday hours. The overtime fee is time and half of service.       Hair must be free of braids, twists, extensions, ponytail or styles prior to appointment start time or you will be charged a take down fee. Take down fee varies on complexity and time for take down service. This does not include extensions, knotless, box braids or individual twist styles.

Safety and infection control is my #1 priority. If you need to cancel due to ANY sign of illness please let me know ASAP. We will reschedule your appt no earlier than 14 days and cancellation fees will be waived. Once you arrive please wait in your car (if you drove) and call before approaching the door to make sure I am ready for you. There may be short wait times as I have to sanitize even more than before after each client! I appreciate your patience! Thank you for your dedication to my business! :-) Do NOT book with me if: You have dry cough, sneeze, fever, Shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, sore throat, chills, muscle pains, runny nose, headache, shakes. You have been ill with COVID-19 in your symptoms first appeared less than 10 days ago. You have been ill with COVID-19 or have fever or respiratory symptoms within the last 72 hours. You are awaiting COVID-19 test results. If you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Clients must wear a mask at all times during service. If you don't have one, one will be provided to you for a small fee. No extra guests unless being serviced Please practice social distancing. If you or someone in your household is ill please reschedule your appointment. Client screening forms must be completed before each booking. Contactless payments are strongly preferred. Please wait in your car until your appointment time. I will send you a text message inviting you inside.
