Lemonade braids

Stylist was highly unorganized and double booked me with another person. I paid over $100 what I was expected to pay and the braids were very thin. ...She did not do a tribal style and I feel totally ripped off. She charged the maximum amount for tibal braids but I did not get that style. She did not share any prices prior to doing my hair. The stylist is very shady and and she did not take any accountability for her lateness or double booking. As I sat in her chair she had also double booked several other clients that were waiting to get there hair done. Be careful!! Show more

Thank you so much for coming! African twin hair braiding values and respects all of our customers opinions and we do whatever it takes to make our customers happy before leaving. However, I first reached out to you a day before your appointment asking for a picture of the style you wanted. You booked for LEMONADE braids which takes 2 hours and is the price given but sent me a picture of TRIBAL braids with boxbraids in the back which takes about 4 hours. I went above and beyond to explain to you prior to you coming to the Salon (the day before), this morning at 7am (when I called you) and again while you were in the chair the difference between the styles you booked as well as the time frame and the extra work. You changing the style conflicted with my other appointments, Which I explained to you (we talked 20 more minutes while you were in my chair) before getting started because you were indecisive about the style you wanted. You came unprepared with loads of water and conditioner in your hair which I had to prep for you.(which adds extra time). I even moved your appointment up to an earlier time so you could leave my salon on time And I also got you out in 4 hours. Again, thank you for coming. It was our pleasure having you in the salon. Happy a great memorial weekend!
