Hey thanks for your review, so sorry to hear this and which u have out to us about this matter.. we even took out the whole Head of braids because u said you want braids close togethe .  after we spent an hour and half Braiding already ,no problem we took whole thing out  and re-braided your whole hair close together.  I explain to you that the closer the braids are , we will have to use extra hair for the braids to be closer together so it will not be as small small size because your hair was very thick. I myself and other lady stay until almost 1 o’clock just because we wanted your hair to look the way u like it to like. and we always do our best so our customers will be happy and we thought we did. yes she did say she was tired , because she’s pregnant eight months and we have been there since 5 am Back to school madness lol) (we all was )working and left at 1 o’clock again I’m sorry that you had to take it out I wish you would’ve reached out to us we would’ve fixed it just like we fixed it first time after we did it.  I thought you like the hair you even tell us you’ll be back with your daughter and even give us a tip didn’t see this coming at all.  if there anything we can do to make this right please reach out because you have been coming to African Twin Hair Braiding 15 or 16 years ago
