I am totally disappointed with the quality of service provided. I initially made an appointment for 10am and was asked if I could do 12:30pm instead. I agreed to 12:30 because the stylist said I would be out in time for another appointment that start...ed at 3:00 and I was not. I had to wait on the stylist to arrive, she was FORTY MINUTES LATE! I texted and called her at 12:30 to let her know I was at the door, no answer. I called again at 12:33, no answer. At 12:44, I THEN received a message from her stating “Okay ring the bell. I’m almost there”. I called her again at 12:46, her assistant answered saying they were on their way. When I asked to speak to Alexis I was told she would give me a call, which I didn’t receive. I called again at 12:56 and Alexis answered saying she was getting off the expressway. At 1:08, I received a message saying, “I’m here at the door” I did not receive an apology nor was I compensated for the inconvenience. I missed my 3:00 appointment due to Alexis’s lack of communication and customer service skills. My hair is cute, I like it. That does not satisfy me when the service was this terrible! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
