My appointment was at 11am. I walked in at 5 minutes till and was welcomed with a warm smile and greeting. He started on my hair right away.. Even tho... it was a slow day at the shop it was still a welcoming and inviting atmosphere.. He answered all my questions, told me everything I needed to do to have a healthy loc journey.. Best of all, I just knew I was gone be in pain but he was quick and gentle, and my head is not throbbing..
