Extremely unprofessional, childish, and inconsiderate. I had an appointment scheduled at 10:30A and 15mins before my appointment, I was told there was... someone ahead of me. I requested for more notice and was told that it was enough notice. After telling stylist to let me know when they’d be ready for me (sat outside from 10:30A to 11:10A) I was told that my appointment was cancelled. (Stylist charges late fee for last minute cancellations but it’s okay for her to do it) DO NOT RECOMMEND

Thank you so much for your review!! As I have extended grace for no call no show appointments from the client on more than one occasion. There are times where a client and a stylist are no longer a fit. It is better to find a stylist that fits the needs of the client and it is their right to go to someone they feel more comfortable with. Again, I appreciate the years of business:)

Thank you Tracie for your review! Unfortunately, I was coming from out of town and sometimes travel times might not align with a consultation schedule. I made sure to stay in constant communication with you regarding accurate time of when I will be able to get to the salon. I run a Graced based business because anything can happen or be going on.
