I have been going to Ana for three months now and I absolutely love it. I have never had eyelashes before so she worked with me on what would look goo...d and we started out with classic, but then every time we went up from there cause I “wanted” more lol. She makes me feel like we’ve been friends forever, so comfortable that the time flies by. I haven’t had one issue with her service. It’s clean and very professional. 11/9/23 True Lash Review I must say, hands down by far the MOST AMAZING Customer Service EVER by Ana. I walked in by chance and after explaining my 2 ...past experiences (other salons) Ana actually took the time to explain, show and plan for my appointment. I've had the most expensive set done and the cheapest set done (both by other salons) and was NEVER told about the difference between any of the services or styles. Turns out, I maybe the most "high maintenance" customer she's ever had because I want a little of each styles, go figure 🙄. Ana never once got frustrated or gave up - instead she actually drew (on a post-it note) her plan. I'm scheduled for my 2 week refill and I can't wait to see what she comes up with (wet-set/hybrid/spiked) lol 🤭. Again, you won't find a more dedicated (lash) artist around.
