Very poor service a week in advance book an appointment he made a thousand excuses why he could not do it than sent me to another person she had excus...es why 10 more thousand excuses than it was a set appointment @ 6 than said he got a cry baby fee so she kick my daughter out of the chair said she not doing it I recommen you to not book here because if they don’t know you they will put yiu off outrageous not happy lies lies & more lies Show more

Booked my first appointment with Laihairology for july 4th on July 1st. Received a reminder about my appointment on July 3rd. But once I showed up to ...my appointment the other associates in the shop informed me that he lost his phone and they weren’t sure how to get in touch with him. I waited an hour to see if he would show up. I understand things happen, unfortunately I work two jobs and it was my only day off to get my hair done so I ended up just doing my hair myself. His work is amazing just didn’t get to experience it. Show more
