Hey Ms. Early! It’s unfortunate that u didn't like your service. The crochet style was executed exactly how you said u wanted it. You brought Afro hair and I put it in. When you got out the chair you said it’s exactly how u wanted it. As far as me being late, your service started on time. My assistant was there waiting on you and your services started ahead of time. You never waited on me. I even accepted your daughter last minute and you both were out in a reasonable timeframe. 3 hours max. I hope you find exactly what you’re looking for in a stylist. Next time be more transparent in letting the stylist know what u want done, instead of saying you liked it. My job was to put the hair in and I did that. U just didn't like the hair. Yes, my assistant is the best. Thanks so much for coming. Good luck.

Just want to make note of my visit at this location love the warm and inviting feeling the staff everyone was so friendly I took my granddaughter here... to get her hair braided she loved it she's 8 years old so did I. Also I scheduled appointment for myself love the natural hairdo I didn't think that it would look so nice without a perm haven't had one in a very long time Miss T take care of my hair and hair color thank you so much I got so many compliments from my hair and my new haircut.
