My experience was wonderful. The staff was professional. I had put a comment when I booked my appointment and Ms. T knew it was me when I walked in. S...he was able guide me through all I needed for my hair journey. She came up with a plan for me and I really appreciated that. Before trimming, she explained what was needed, showed me, gave me options and asked what I was comfortable with before proceeding. Contrary to my last terrible experience I had at a different salon. I also noticed that for every customer that walked through the door, she knew what they were here for - she’s very detailed and particular.
