I appreciate the review, You have to understand before you came in your curls were already damaged. Before I proceeded with the service I already had told you I can't fix your curls & recommended to grow it out. But you still wanted a trim anyways.. I remember when I handed you the mirror you said it was perfect, when you could've been raw and tell me what I could've fixed on your haircut. Now your writing a 1 star review 5 days later. I appreciate you I’m sorry it wasn’t the right service for you but next time you sit in a barbers chair be straight up with them! And don’t sugar coat it.
