1. Was a hour plus late to my appointment and kept lying about being “otw”. 2. Didn’t give me what I paid for. I paid for 2 strand twist starter l...ocs she did the 2 strand style with the coils. 3. My parts weren’t no where near even. Only thing that wasn’t bad was the wash… but she kept walking off to talk in the middle of washing my hair. Show more

Your appointment was Father's Day weekend, yet your just now leaving a review. Your upset because I showed you your hair as I was going and you gave me the ok, that it was exactly how you wanted your hair. You sat in my chair for 5 hours and not once did you comment on your hair or the service you waited until you got home to say you didn’t like it. I offered to accommodate you and you turned down the service because I wouldn’t do your entire head over for free.

First of all she took a $70 deposit off my card and didn’t confirm my appointment immediately, I had to DM her. Then made it to my 12 o’clock appointm...ent, no one was there to open the downstairs door, mind you there is no parking near and it’s freezing outside I finally got in by a tenant in a building. I get upstairs and was standing there knocking for 5 minutes. Finally somebody came to that door. & She’s not there after 35 minutes of waiting she still doesn’t show, finally text my phone and ask am I there yet??? Which she knew already! Says she’s 8 minutes away, 20 minutes pass she says she’s parking and otw up, 15 more minutes later still no her so she she texts & says she had a dr. Appointment that went longer than expected, 10 more minutes pass she said she got off at the wrong exit 😒😡 at this point I’m furious and had been there over an hour waiting, it was super loud and really ghetto in there & I had to ask for my deposit back twice! NEVER AGAIN she simply doesn’t know how to conduct business Show more

I want to rate my experience 0 stars but I don’t believe that is an option. The young lady texted me at 1am the day of my appointment for confirmation.... Spoke to me 30 mins prior to my appointment and never showed up to my appointment. I texted her 30 mins after my appointment time and she replied “sorry for the inconvenience” while waiting in the salon it was loud and ratchet. It is not the upscale space that she advertises. I understand that things happen but the lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. Show more
