I go by 30 minute appts, you showed up 15 min late not a few min late. I couldn’t accommodate you at the time due to being fully booked out the whole day, which would’ve put me back on time . I offered to take care of you a later time during the day. I tried to accommodate you. I wasn’t gonna try and squeeze you in for a 15 minute cut and possibly not respect other peoples appointments. I’m very professional and love to respect everyone’s time just as everyone respects my time. Sorry I couldn’t work something out with you, maybe next time a text message saying I’m gonna be 15 minutes late would give me a heads up to work something out communication is key.
