He there hun! In some cases which happened to also be yours with broken and over processed hair from bleach, the lay is different from the texture and brittleness. However you were really sweet and I do appreciate your business. I use one particular gel that I use on all clients unless they have scalp irritations and can't use it. I'm sorry your experience wasn't to your liking, but thank you for your review I really appreciate it!
