1) The client before Soton actually wanted me to cut more hair off (wanted a different devacut shape for her next appointment(and she's been coming to me for years )). 2) I showed Soton her dead ends and let her know that it was way passed due for a trim because she never got one in over 5-6months so therefore she needed a cut. 3) I cut off about 2 inches of dead hair and left her all of her healthy hair. 4) I said it was a cut and did a cut and that’s why she paid for the cut. 5) she wrote this 15 Days after her appointment. The day of, she loved her hair. She even paid a full tip. This tells me that she probably shampooed her hair and noticed more shrinkage. The hair shrinks more when the dead ends are not weighing them down. Her hair is still at the middle of her back. I am a hairstylist that is proficient in hair cutting and I do not like to cheat my customers by doing a half job. Hope this helps.

I am confused because I thought you liked it. You texted me saying ,”I actually love my hair thank you. I think it’s beautiful”. I am a healthy hair stylist so the health of your hair is my first priority. Hair can not simply do every style unless it is healthy. Although we did not have an official consultation, I did mention that 1)finger waves is not on my menu and 2) I can do finger waves, it just depends on the hair and its integrity(health, shape of cut). It’s really unfortunate because I offered services to help, but you refused. This has made the style impossible. In good faith, I tried to deliver the best service possible. Going forward, please communicate better with your stylist and follow through with the recommendations for the best result. Best wishes ☺️.
