I really enjoyed my experience with Rich. I appreciated a lot his patience and his communication to ensure the picture of the haircut I showed him was... as close as the haircut I was going to get from him. He even gave me some recommendations for a future cut and just the way he treated me was top tier. A lot of questions to make me feel comfortable.
