Originally, I thought my hair was decently okay but am ultimately unsatisfied. It definitely wasn't the experience my daughter and I were looking for.... My hair was cut so short it had to be shaved at the nape of my neck, and a lot of hair had to be cut by my husband with scissors when I got home. I received a text asking if 15 minutes later was okay (which was fine), but we waited in the lobby for thirty more minutes. I was on a strict time constraint and had expressed that. I think it would have been much better to have rescheduled as flying through the hair cut left me very unsatisfied. The second photo is what I asked for. My hair barely touches the jaw line. It did not give an option for a response to your response, so I am editing my original review. You did state you were behind, and I agreed to 15 minutes, but you were much more behind. I was trying to be polite and give you the benefit of the doubt. I do like my hair short because it does grow quickly. However, when I showed you the photo, you said, "I got it," yet my hair looks NOTHING like the photo. My hair is multiple inches shorter than the photo, and regardless of it being short or me liking it to be short, it does not negate the fact that my husband had to go back and cut several hairs that were left. I offered to not do the wash, and you insisted it was necessary. It did look a little better once blow dryed, but as you can see, you did not "have it" when looking at the photo. Next time, just reschedule someone instead of not doing the services booked and a crappy job. My daughter was also supposed to have a wash and style. Which didn't happen, and although I was only charged for her cut, it took away from the experience we were trying to create. Show more

My sincerest apologies, as I recall I had messaged you 1 hour before your appointment that I was running behind. You could have definitely rescheduled. You seemed perfectly happy and pleased with the cut after you left my shop, to my knowledge. I always have an open door policy and encourage clients to let know, how I can help improve their satisfaction, the whole time you had mentioned, how you have always loved to have your hair short because it grows so fast and etc: again my apologies

This was my second visit. My first visit was for a cut to fix a bad trim done by another salon. Storm did a great job evening everything up without do...ing a big chop. It all grew out nicely over the next month. My latest visit was for a cut and all-over color. Storm reached out to me prior to my appointment to ensure we were on the same page with what I wanted. How great is that?!? Once I was in her chair, we again discussed what I was wanting. Even though I said I wanted just an all-over color, what I really wanted was a few highlights around my face. Storm suggested adding baby lights instead. I also mentioned that my hair tends to turn a bit gold after coloring. She took that into consideration with her color formulation. I couldn't be happier with the results. I got a great cut, beautiful color, and best of all, a stylist that listens AND produces results I'm so happy with. Show more
