Wow! Yes, I am saying this the day of the appointment (so I haven’t seen how my nails wear yet) HOWEVER, my experience at Mia’s was so good. I am a ...non-binary trans person with very hairy legs, as well as a bit of a unibrow. I have gone to many places and felt judged for not wanting to remove my body hair (asked repeatedly if I want a wax, unwelcome comments about my hair in general, etc.) but that was not the case at Mia’s. I at once felt welcome, yet there was no pressure to maintain a conversation; I felt relaxed. The water was warm, the massages were firm, and they gave me necessary advice to help me make the best choices for my nails. Sure, I am also happy with how my nails look, but more importantly, I didn’t feel shunned or awkward in that space. I am definitely returning!! Thank you!! Show more

I’ve been coming here for awhile but was super disappointed during my last visit. I had a 3:30 mani pedi appointment. My pedi wasn’t done until after ...5. The polish was so lumpy, uneven, and messy that I had it removed. I never got my mani because there were two other women getting gel nails/extensions and it was going to be way too long for me to wait. Maybe there was a booking problem or too many walk ins? I was still charged for my pedi and non-mani. Show more
