My hair looks good, but she didn’t seem too friendly. I messaged her multiple times about my appointment. she read it and didn’t respond. completely i...gnored it. She didn’t tell me she had to start me late until I called her so if I didn’t, she probably wouldn’t say anything until I showed up. I asked her specific questions and it seemed like she didn’t want to answer. I wanted to ask if she could blow dry it but I was kinda scared to. So she was complaining that it wasn’t blown out but I was kinda afraid to ask. I called her to introduce myself then she hangs up right when I was still talking. She seemed very annoyed when I called. Since she planned on starting me late, I asked if I could change the style just to save time and she says no. I told her that I needed to change my style since I won’t have a ride home due to her starting me late and she ignores my message. I didn’t cancel it because I didn’t want to be rude. I really wanted to give her a try and to support black women businesses but I feel like she could have been a bit more friendly. Her stating that she had “anxiety” when she was doing my hair made me feel like it was my fault. I’m afraid to even tell her my feelings in person. I don’t want her to go off on me. Maybe next time it would be a bit better? 😢 I’d still recommend. Maybe others had a better experience. Show more
