Whitley is my third loctician I experienced in Chicago. The first person had poor parting and the second person blatantly defied my desires. Hence, I ...decided to start my own locs - because if you want something done right, then you have to do it yourself. Well, I didn't know what I was doing. So when I came to Whit for a retwist, she politely educated me on the state of my hair and recommended that she restart my locs. And best believe, I'm overjoyed that she restarted them. I trust her work, word, and wisdom! Plus, the familial shop environment is welcoming and hilarious. Show more
